About CEU.U

THE MISSION OF CEU.U is to provide continuing education courses for credit on the internet of the highest quality in both presentation and content.

WE WILL COVER ALL PROFESSIONS that require continuing education including all Health Care Professions, Accounting, Insurance, Law, and Real Estate. We hope to have as contributors many of the leading experts in their fields.

WE WILL SEEK ACCREDITATION from all recognized accrediting agencies. We will publish the agencies accrediting each course and the amount of credit to be awarded for each course for each profession. This information will be readily available to anyone who wishes to enroll in a course before they enroll.

CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED THROUGH THE MAIL. After a professional has completed a course, their activity on the CEU.U web site will be audited. The audit will check for proper identifying information for the enrollee, completion of questions, tests, or exercises which were requirements of the course, and time spent on the web site. Anyone who fails the audit will be so notified and given the opportunity to repeat the course without charge.

THE LENGTH OF THE AVERAGE COURSE will be 6 to 8 hours spent on-line. A professional will be able to take the course in short segments if they wish. There will be no limit on the number of times a person may log in to a course. When a person has completed their course work, they will apply for their CEU credit, their web site activity will be audited, and a certificate awarding them their CEU credits will be mailed to them.

COURSES CAN BE STARTED IMMEDIATELY upon enrollment on line by using a credit card to pay the enrollment fee. Other payment options will be available upon request. The cost of a CEU.U course will be competitive at all times with all other types of on line courses, whether for credit or not. Prices for courses may vary because of the length of the course, the author, the subject matter, or the amount of credit awarded. CEU.U reserves the right to change course prices without notice.

WE ARE NOW PRODUCING OUR FIRST ON LINE COURSE entitled “Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect” by Gregory Sorozan, M.Ed. This course is appropriate for several professions, and we hope to be able to award credit to several professions for it.
